These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Zen24 app (“the app”). By downloading or using Zen24, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Zen24 for your own non-commercial entertainment on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard End User License Agreement.
Zen24 offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (“Zen Pro”) that unlocks additional features. Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms. As a non-consumable purchase, Zen Pro can be restored on your devices using the same Apple Account via “Restore Purchases”.
All sales are handled by Apple. Refund requests are managed by Apple in accordance with its policies; we are unable to issue refunds directly. Free-tier limits and Pro features may be adjusted in future updates.
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent purchase or feature restrictions in the app, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Leaderboards and achievements are provided through Apple’s Game Center. We may disregard or remove scores that appear to be achieved through cheating, automation, or manipulation. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple’s terms.
The app, including its design, artwork, and code, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.
Zen24 is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of defects.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
