Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Quick Math Jam (the “App”). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Quick Math Jam is licensed, not sold. These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”). Where the Apple Standard EULA applies or requires different terms, it controls to that extent.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must approve your use of the App and any purchase.

2. License to Use the App

Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to use Quick Math Jam on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the applicable App Store Usage Rules.

You may not copy, redistribute, rent, lease, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, bypass feature or purchase restrictions, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Educational Use

Quick Math Jam is a practice and learning aid intended to help you build math fluency through exercises, challenges, and progress tracking. It is provided for general educational and self-improvement purposes and is not a substitute for formal instruction, professional tutoring, or a certified assessment. We do not guarantee any particular grade, test score, or learning outcome.

4. Your Progress and Data

Your practice history, progress, and settings are yours. They are stored on your device and, if you use iCloud, synced through your own private iCloud account, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can reset or clear your data within the App. You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and Apple Account; we are not able to recover locally stored progress that has been deleted or lost.

5. Free and Pro Features

Quick Math Jam may provide free functionality and optional Pro functionality, including the full adaptive learning path, custom practice sessions, handwriting and voice answer modes, mistake review, complete progress reports, and other features described in the App. Available features may change as the App evolves. Changes will not remove an active entitlement in a manner prohibited by applicable law or App Store rules.

6. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Quick Math Jam offers monthly and annual auto-renewable subscriptions. The exact price, billing period, included benefits, and any introductory offer are shown on the purchase screen and App Store confirmation sheet before you purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically for the selected period unless you cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subject to Apple’s applicable billing rules.
• Renewal is charged to your Apple Account at the price disclosed by Apple, subject to any price-change notice or consent Apple requires.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is available, eligibility and conversion to a paid subscription are determined and displayed by Apple. Cancel before the trial ends if you do not want the paid subscription to begin.
• Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions from your device’s Apple Account settings. Subscription benefits remain available while the entitlement is active.

7. Lifetime and Other Non-Consumable Purchases

The App may offer a one-time lifetime purchase. A lifetime purchase provides access to the Pro features associated with that product for the supported lifetime of Quick Math Jam; it is not a guarantee that every future product, separate app, or unrelated service will be included.

Eligible non-consumable purchases can be restored on devices using the same Apple Account through the App’s “Restore Purchases” function, subject to Apple’s rules.

8. Billing, Cancellations, and Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. We do not control payment authorization, billing, cancellation, or refund decisions and cannot issue App Store refunds directly. To request a refund or resolve a billing issue, use Apple’s purchase-support process. Statutory refund and consumer rights available in your country or region are not limited by these Terms.

9. Microphone, Voice, and Notifications

Some features are optional and depend on permissions you grant. Voice answer mode uses the microphone and Apple’s speech recognition to read your spoken answer; handwriting mode recognizes your writing on-device; and practice reminders use local notifications. You may decline or later disable these permissions in system Settings without losing access to the core practice features, though the related feature will be unavailable.

10. App Availability and Updates

We may improve, update, replace, suspend, or discontinue features or the App. Some updates may be required for continued compatibility, security, or App Store distribution. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or future operating-system version, or indefinite availability of the App Store listing.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Math Jam is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, that answer recognition will be perfectly accurate, or that locally stored progress cannot be lost.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, progress, revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use Quick Math Jam.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. Additional allocation-of-liability terms in the Apple Standard EULA also apply.

13. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. Your license terminates automatically if you materially violate these Terms. On termination, you must stop using and delete the App, but provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability—will remain in effect. Subscription cancellation and refunds remain governed by Apple and applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to Quick Math Jam, App Store requirements, or applicable law. We will post revised Terms on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
